Registration

All the authors whose paper is selected are invited to submit final documents. Submissions must be original and should not have been published previously or be under consideration for publication while being evaluated for this conference. 

Registration, Copyright Transfers and Final Camera Ready Paper Submission


  1. Preparing and Uploading of the Camera Ready Article

The final camera-ready copy of the papers must be in a prescribed format with a length of a minimum of 6 pages and maximum 8 pages.

Authors should not only submit the Camera-ready file (pdf) but also the full Source files (i.e. Latex file and all the image files, or the full Word file including images). That is what named as ‘Camera-ready file set’.


  1. Publishing Agreement

Moreover, for the same deadline, the corresponding author of each paper, acting on behalf of all of the authors of that paper, must complete and sign a publishing agreement form. The corresponding author signing the copyright form should match the corresponding author marked on the paper. Once the files have been sent to , changes relating to the authorship of the papers cannot be made.

Each accepted paper must be registered by any one of the author.

No extra page charges, maximum 15 pages are allowed.

The paper will not be submitted to for inclusion in AISC Series for publication without completing registration and presentation.


The Conference registration fee includes:

  • Participation in all open technical sessions & Keynote Program (i.e. Parallel Paper Presentations)
  • Entrance to the exhibition/poster session area

For Paper Presentations:

You are requested to attend the conference and present your paper under the oral presentation session. If the registered/corresponding author is unable to attend the conference, the same can be attended and presented on his/her behalf by the co-authors in online mode.

PowerPoint presentation slides (.PPTX), we recommend 10-12 slides per presentation

Presentation screen recording (Audio/Video) with file format (MP4) presentation duration should be about 15 minutes. i.e. recorded slide show with audio narration using MS PowerPoint Slide Show format (.ppsx) converted to MP4 (If your MP4 file size is above 80 MB then click here to compress or reduce the file size). Allowed size: 50MB.

Cancellation Policy

It is not possible to cancel after registering.
